Detonite was the standard explosive substance during the reign of the Galactic Empire.It was a a fairly stable explosive substance that would typically detonate only when charged with electricity, extreme radiation, or tremendous kinetic energy. Detonite was commonly formed into small fist-sized cubes for sale and use. Detonite could also be made into a gel used in the creation of demolition materials like detonite tape.
